In batch lamination, a finished bag of two films is used, welded on one short side. Paper for work is placed in a sealed bag and passed through a laminator between two rotating hot shafts. The pressing and heating by shafts allow the film to evenly straighten and sinter along the edges of the paper. It turns out hermetically packed paper.
Roll lamination is carried out using the laminator itself and consumables in the form of a film of different widths and lengths. As a result, the film is fed from two (double-sided lamination) or one (single-sided lamination) rolls. Also, material (paper) or flat sheet blanks are fed from the roll. At the time of passage between the two pressure rollers, the film is firmly glued (x / l) or baked with high pressure paper (g / l).
